Finding the System Slow? - Some Advice and Encouragement

Given the tremendous participation of our volunteers, you may be experiencing slow system performance, especially during peak calling times. We are working to improve this, but in the meantime, here's an easy way to work around the problem. All you need to do is:

  • Go to your "Voter Call List", click on the 'printable call list' and print it out.

  • Click on 'printable call script' and print that out as well.

  • Start making calls! Record how things go on the ‘printable call list.’

  • When you are finished making calls, please log back into the system and record how they went. If you can log in after peak calling hours, the system should perform more responsively for you.
